As Genterra’s General Counsel, Tim is responsible for oversight, compliance, and is closely involved in all phases of Genterra's projects. Tim's legal expertise includes commercial real estate transactions, land use entitlements, and transactional issues to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal land use regulations.

Raised in Flagstaff, Tim received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Arizona. Tim was named a Tucson “40 Under 40” in 2019 by the Arizona Daily Star and the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.  Since 2017 he has served as chair of the Southern Arizona committee of the Urban Land Institute (“ULI”) and serves on ULI’s statewide Advisory Board and Management Committee. Tim is currently chair of the board of Literacy Connects, one of the largest literacy nonprofits in Arizona.
